The children's Place products are really good and nice, but the service is really bad, they don't reply to the mails you send , they cancel orders without you knowing and even if you pay for the expedite shipping your items are really delayed that is if you get them. I placed 4 orders during the last 2 months, I only received one!!!!! 2 other orders were just cancelled and for the remaining order I am to contact The Children's place every day since 11/08/2009 and until date nothing is received or shipped or what ever you don't even know the status or the order.
I don't recommend them even though the products are really good.

I have been buying these shorts for my son for years. When they go on sale at the end of summer I buy next year's size in the colors that he wears the most just to be sure if they stop making them, he will have them. He loves them and at 10 he is pretty vocal about his clothes. I have only had one issue with any clothing I have EVER bought with Children's Place and it was resolved in the store very quickly. Matter of fact, his clothes get handed down and go through 2 other boys (at least!) and still never had any problems with the clothes. I have used the online store many times and have never had any problems. Always helpful staff in store. Somewhat limited supply when things are on sale online but...buy when you see 'em or take the chance they won't be there when you come back. I don't know why the other reviewer had problems. Anything that is bought through the online store can be taken to the store and the problem should be fixed then. Not sure but I have been buying clothes there for 10 years and only had one issue. That says something about the store and the clothes!

Gyped me on price. They should have been 10.00 each, and I paid 12.50. Never responded to my email. Last time for Children Place for me
