I wear these in high rubber boots at a food plant. I like them a lot. They are sooper tall go over my calf and then some - I have to fold them down. they do keep the boot from rubbing on my legs though and that was the plan.

I have been buying over-the-calf Gold toes for years.They last much longer than other athletic sock brands. Buying from Amazon was a plus since they were much cheaper than any place else.

The sock is made of good materal. It has a thick soul for ease of all day walking. It comes up to my knee. Giving some support. A thick toe aide in comfort, along with a thick heal. These are work socks. They last, and give good service. I would buy again, and did.

They actually stay over the calf and are not cheaply made (good durability and comfort stays around). Incrementally I threw out all my old socks & replaced them with these, and I'll just re-buy as these do go and stick with them.

I have been unable to find "over-the-calf" socks that are not "tube" socks in any local store. I ordered a pack of these to try them and have been very pleased. They are very good quality and not too expensive.
