| Customer Reviews:
Shape and comfort December 11, 2008 V. Kim (SF, CA, USA) The good: + Easy to quickly inflate and deflate, good plug design + It holds its shape when I lean into it, or even when slightly deflated after hours of use, unlike some others I've tried that warped into my neck and choked me off + I like the choice of cloth covering on this model. The texture is gentle yet firm + Folds away small for traveling light The bad: - None so far, at least not until the airbag gets punctured (at some point in the future?)
