Product Description An all-weather moderate stability trainer, the New Balance men's MR768 Running Shoe features a TS2 multi-density medial support that stabilizes the foot and insures against pronation. Providing a smooth transition from heel strike to toe off, an ACTEVA midsole, which is 12% lighter than standard foam, combines with ABZORB in the heel and forefoot, to provide a responsive and cushioned ride. A seamless Phantom Liner is enveloped in weather protecting and breathable Bioshield to keep the foot dry in adverse conditions, while a blown rubber outsole is enhanced with Ndurance rubber compound at the crash pad and edges for maximum durability in high wear areas
Product Description You're ready to take your performance to the next level. Now lace up into a shoe that'll help get you there. The MR768 from New Balance, designed for runners with mild to moderate overpronation, is loaded with features to keep you running longer and more comfortably, including a specially formulated, lightweight midsole and fully cushioned ABZORB in the heel and forefoot that defies foot fatigue and sting with every foot fall. Its Nlock lacing system provides a secure fit, run after run, while a full rubber outsole and light-reflective panels increase your traction and visibility out on the road and trail.

Great product November 23, 2008 G. Kung (los angeles) Exactly the shoe my husband was looking for to replace his old ones, he gets these all the time...
Great Shoes September 22, 2008 Rock (Ohio USA) I am 65 yrs old and have been running for >30 years. These shoes are true to size and are very comfortable from initial use. I have a sensitive Achilles, which these shoes help protect. They provide both stability and comfort.
Great product May 25, 2008 Amy M. Benson This is a great shoe. It fits just like the version prior to it but is even a little better. I would recommend this shoe to any avid runner.
retiring my 992s February 1, 2008 Bill (New orleans, La) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I'm finally retiring my 992s due to high miles. Previously had 991s, but now I want a bit lighter shoe, specifically offering stability and cushioning and was cooler on hot day runs.. The MR768 was a new model from New Balance but offered all of these as a Stability Trainer. I tried all major brands to see if I was missing something new out there, and as I tried on models from each brand, I immediately rejected them. The NB has the best fit, feel and overall quality construction; they also run true to size. The new heel and midsole molding on the 768 felt perfect with the right amount of support. Update: after a few runs in to break them in, (where I average at least 10k) I have to say excellent choice. Stability dead on, heel firm but cushoned and the mesh breathed much better than 990 series. Love the Lace lock too!
